Tixserve enters Australasian market through Emedia Campaigns partnership


Tixserve has entered into the Australasian market through a multi-year partnership with ticketing software provider, Emedia Campaigns. 

Emedia Campaigns has partnered with the Ireland-based digital ticket distribution and engagement platform to provide digital ticket fulfilment services for its live music, sports and entertainment clients. 

The new Tixserve-powered Emedia ‘ShowTicks’ app will enable events, venues, teams and artists to utilise a flexible ticketing service. The solution will also provide audience insights and brand opportunities. 

The app seamlessly integrates into Emedia Campaigns’ ‘VenueNET’ and ‘ShowTicks’ software deployments. The digital ticket distribution and engagement app will be rolled out and used across festivals, venues and concerts from May 2024. Tixserve’s patented technology integration with Emedia Campaigns’ ticketing software suite will help to deliver flexible and interactive digital ticketing, with m-commerce, fan engagement, direct marketing and communications capabilities, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
