CTS Eventim has been revealed as the official ticketing partner of Dresden’s Semper Opera House, with the partnership starting this season.
The state opera will utilise the Eventim.Inhouse ticketing system, with the new ticketing and booking system available to the opera’s international audience.
Eventim.Inhouse offers visitors a number of benefits in addition to the self-service functions, including the new ‘simply control gates’, which enables visitors easy access to the event using a code on their smartphone. Soon, the solution will be updated with a 3D map when patrons are looking to choose their seats and buy tickets.
