Accesso Technology Group, a technology solutions provider for attractions and venues, has acquired Paradocs Mountain Software, a Canadian-based provider of software solutions specifically for the ski industry. Paradocs’ all-in-one mountain management solution – MtnOS – will now be known as Accesso Paradox. Paradocs’ technology is currently utilised by 48 Canadian and two US ski resorts to help management across ticketing and passes, snow school, retail and equipment rental, food and beverage, administration and online sales.
German clubs utilise Ticketmaster Sport solution
Ticketmaster Sport’s white-label ticketing solution is set to be utilised by Handball Sport Verein Hamburg and ice hockey club Augsburger Panther in Germany. The new system will provide fans with a seamless ticket purchasing experience and enable digital ticketing to be rolled out. Fans will also benefit from options to forward and resell tickets, including tickets for single games or from season cards, and ticket upgrades and self-service functionalities.
Tessitura partners with Activity Stream
Tessitura, the non-profit technology company dedicated to serving arts and culture organisations, has announced a partnership with Activity Stream. The partnership will provide shared users with new marketing, engagement and planning tools. The company’s marketing and data visualisation platform will help organisations to better segment audiences and create campaigns to boost sales, while providing real-time data from across marketing channels.
Canyon Sainte-Anne Konnects with Connect & Go
Quebec’s outdoor nature park Canyon Sainte-Anne has partnered with Connect & Go, a provider of integrated attractions management solutions and RFID technology, to utilise its Konnect all-in-one management platform. The nature park will use the platform to drive sales and streamline processes through one central system for e-commerce, point-of-sale, access control and reporting.
