India’s Fanatic Sports debuts new finance options for global sports events


Indian sports experiences operator Fanatic Sports has opened a new finance service through travel fintech SanKash.

Fanatic offers travel and event ticket and hospitality packages around the world. It is the official travel agent of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in India and an authorised seller for the 2023 Ryder Cup, Roland Garros and Formula 1.

Now the Mumbai-headquartered group’s customers can pay for their experiences over a period of time, benefiting from payment options provided by SanKash. Customers can get credit of up to INR 10 lakhs ($1.3m), which can be spread over 12 months with a six months no-cost EMI option.

Fanatic also offers packages for the Indian Premier League and Super Bowl among other major sporting events. Its packages combine official match tickets, accommodation, celebrity events and travel solutions.

The group has operations in North America, Australasia, Singapore and the UAE.
