Keystone Centre and Brandon Wheat Kings team up with Ticketmaster

The Keystone Centre in Brandon, Canada has partnered with Ticketmaster to service the venue’s ticketing and online fan engagement offerings.

In its new role of official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster will provide ticketing for all Brandon Wheat Kings junior ice hockey games in the Western Hockey League (WHL), concerts and events.

Hockey and live events fans will have access to Ticketmaster’s digital ticketing technology and will be able to purchase, transfer and manage tickets easily. Ticket-holders will be able to use their mobile to manage verified tickets and store their purchase in their digital wallet.

Trevor Allin, executive vice-president business and commercial operations, Ticketmaster, said: “We’re happy to be supporting our new partners at the Keystone Centre as the Brandon Wheat Kings head into a new season and a busy upcoming live event calendar.

“With Ticketmaster’s digital-first ticketing strategy, fans and season ticket-holders will now have convenient and easy-to-use tools to purchase and manage their tickets all in one place.”

This year will see the first full events season following a cancelled 2020 and shortened 2021 season. Ticketmaster started working with Keystone Centre and Brandon Wheat Kings earlier this month.

Jeff Schumacher, Keystone Centre chief executive and general manager, added: “We’re looking forward to the season with Ticketmaster on board.

“The team from Ticketmaster have already made a great impression on our organisation, and having the ability to leverage their years of unparalleled success in the industry will help us improve the fan experience for the incredible events we look forward to hosting at the Keystone Centre.”
