BTS on screen
In February, K-Pop fans will be able to watch BTS’ latest concert, ‘BTS in Busan’ in cinemas worldwide. The cinematic cut has been re-edited and remixed for the big screen, and will feature new close-up angles and a whole new view of the entire concert. The event was recorded in front of a sold-out crowd in Busan, South Korea, in October. Tickets will go on sale January 10.
Billie Eilish Live at The O2
On January 27, fans will be able to watch Billie Eilish Live at The O2 (Extended Cut) at cinemas for one night only. The live concert was filmed at The O2 in London and will feature never-before-seen footage, taking fans behind the scenes of the singer’s sold-out ‘Happier Than Ever, World Tour’. Tickets for the film will go on sale today.
Formula E heads to Cape Town
Cape Town is set to host its first ABB FIA Formula E World Championship race in February. Tickets went on sale this month, with fans able to enjoy motorsport with the iconic Table Mountain as a backdrop, coupled with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.
The Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones have unveiled a new virtual concert to celebrate the release of the band’s new ‘GRRR Live!’ live album. The concert took place in December 2012 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and was originally broadcasted as pay-per-view event called The Rolling Stones: One More Shot. It has now been re-mixed and re-edited for the new release, which is set to be released as a triple-album vinyl and double-album CD, as well as on DVD and Blu-Ray.
