Eventbrite, a self-service ticketing, marketing and experience technology platform, has released its inaugural 2022 Corporate Responsibility Report.

The report highlighted Eventbrite’s commitment to addressing climate change, diversity and inclusion, as well as other environmental, social and governance initiatives.

Julia Hartz, Eventbrite co-founder and chief executive, said: “Eventbrite has always been guided by principles that elevate sustainability, social connection, and good governance.

“I’m proud that we live these values and I hope this report offers a new lens into how we drive impact in the workplace and in our communities.”

The inaugural report summarised the company’s efforts and key focus pillars including connecting communities, championing employees, good governance and investing in climate action.

The report was guided by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), as well as key stakeholders and an independent consultant.

Highlights from the report include a commitment to climate action, a sustainable footprint, a diverse and inclusive workforce, workplace awards, strong data security record and independent oversight.
