Jacky Cheung tickets sold out in just four hours for the Hong Kong artist’s upcoming Singapore gigs in July.
The Cantopop artist is set to perform six concerts at the 12,000-capacity Singapore Indoor Stadium across two weekends this summer, July 14-16 and 21-23.
Tickets were priced from S$168 (£100/€114/$126) to $388 and were available for general sale via Ticketmaster earlier this week.
Show promoter Unusual Entertainment said in a statement: “Thank you for your support. Tickets to all six shows of ‘Jacky Cheung 60+ Concert Tour’ Singapore are sold out! Stay tuned for further ticket updates.”
The Straits Times reported that scalpers were already reselling tickets through online marketplace Carousell, with some prices as high as $900.
Cheung’s six Singapore concerts are part of the 61-year-old Cantopop singer’s Jacky Cheung 60+ Concert Tour, which will begin in Macau in June, before moving onto Singapore.
