We round up the latest movements from the ticketing sector and associated industries…

Secondary ticketing platform StubHub International has appointed Dan Mucha as chief executive.

Mucha has joined StubHub International from online personalisation business Photobox Group, where he was also CEO. Prior to joining Photobox Group, Mucha held senior operating roles with Amazon and MSNBC.

Queue-it co-founder Niels Henrik Sodemann (pictured left) has stepped down as the company’s CEO, choosing to work on special projects, innovations, communities, key customers and mentoring within the business.

Jesper Essendrop will step in as Queue-it’s new CEO from January 1.

Sodemann said: “I have known Jesper for the last 25 years, and he is one of the best executives I have met in software. He will also fit into the fantastic Queue-it culture we have built over the years.

“Queue-it has evolved from a three co-founder start-up in 2010 to more than 200 employees globally. What a journey it’s been and I’m looking forward to continuing to be part of this amazing community in a new role.”

Elsewhere, Heather Reading (pictured right) has joined sports marketing and data technology company Two Sides as ticketing lead.
