Puro Latino Sevilla Fest tickets snapped up for second year

Seville is preparing for a repeat success with the new Puro Latino Sevilla Fest after the initial tranche of tickets for its second edition were snapped up.

The Latin and urban cultural festival attracted an average of 26,000 patrons per day when held for the first time in the summer of 2022, and now organisers are progressing the plans for year two.

The event will be held on June 30 and July 1 at the La Cartuja stadium, with the artists to be announced at a later date. Last year’s event was held over three days.

A limited number of tickets went on sale at a discounted price on Sunday and were sold within minutes, according to organisers. Tickets for the 2023 event range from as little as €50 to €190, having cost between €75.90 and €141.90 in 2022.

Organisers said: “That Puro Latino Sevilla Fest arrived with signs of becoming a sensation that became a loud buzz. The first edition of the event in the Andalusian capital with the hottest rhythms and the most urban sounds was a spectacular success, with 26,000 spectators in each of its three days.”

The inaugural 2022 event featured acts such as Ozuna, Myke Towers, Juan Magán and Jhay Cortez.

A sister event in Santa Maria was also staged in 2022 and attracted a total of 120,000 patrons over three days. Its second event will be held from August 3-5 in 2023.
