Adele fans have until mid-February to claim their refund for tickets to the singer’s cancelled Las Vegas residency, according to reports.
Last week, Adele left some fans feeling frustrated after cancelling her shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace just 24 hours before the first concert was due to start.
The concert series, Weekends with Adele, would have seen the English singer perform two shows every weekend until April, which amounted to 24 concerts. Tickets ranged from $85 (£50/€75) to $685.
Should fans want to hold on to their tickets, they are able to do so though the rescheduled dates have not been announced yet. However, in her tearful Instagram post announcing the cancellation, Adele said: “We’re going to reschedule all the dates, we’re on it right now. And I’m going to finish my show.”
Fans that had booked rooms at Caesars Palace for the opening nights are able to apply for a full refund. In a statement on Thursday, following the cancellation announcement from Adele, the venue said: “All events originally scheduled for Weekends with Adele at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace January 21 though April 16, 2022 have been postponed.
“Guests holding a hotel reservation at a Caesars Entertainment hotel in Las Vegas for January 21 or January 22 may cancel with a full refund.”
Caesars also offered a Q&A on Twitter, answering fans’ questions on further refunds surrounding their trip to see Adele, including flights. Caesars Palace reiterated its commitment to refunding hotel rooms for those due to stay at the hotel, but said to check with individual airlines on cancellation policies.
