Eventim Sports has revealed a new partnership and new features for its Eventim.Tixx product platform.
The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for sports ticketing, merchandising and CRM, has announced that Bundesliga 2 club Hannover 96 will not only utilise the ticketing, CRM and campaign management software, but also the merchandising aspect.
Using the Eventim.Tixx product platform will mean that all products are connected via an in-house single sign-on service. Hannover 96 is also the first merchandising shop to go online with the brand new features.
One of Eventim.Tixx’s most popular features has been updated – the jersey configurator. Profile pictures of players can now be uploaded and their shirt numbers can be selected for flocking. The jersey configurator can also be displayed as a centrepiece, directly on the homepage.
A new product configurator is also available to users, which can provide individual configuration of a wide variety of products from scarves to doormats. The jersey and product configurators can be displayed separately or combined in the online shop for ultimate flexibility.
Eventim.Tixx partners will now be able to display the re-availability of selected products and fans can make a note of when their coveted product is available to order again. While fans wait for products to come back in stock, they are able to save these to their wish list. As soon as items become available, orders can now also be paid by pre-payment in addition to traditional payment methods.
Marketing campaigns utilising Eventim.Tixx have also received a boost, with the additional possibility of creating campaigns via the new time control features for Tixx-Merchandising shop templates. This is possible for individual shop templates and other categories and products.
Tixx-Merchandising shops will now have access to a digital queue, which is gradually processed and fans are guided into the shop when there is space free. Fans are updated of their position in the queue, with no data lost and no downtime.
