Nottingham Forest has become the latest Premier League club to launch its own ticket exchange scheme.
The exchange will allow all general admission season card holders the opportunity to list their seats to be purchased by home members, on a match-by-match basis, if they are unable to attend any home league fixture.
Each time someone purchases the listed seat on the ticket exchange, the season card holder will receive an online ticketing credit, and this will be on a pro rata basis against the value of their season card price. The credit will automatically be added onto their ticketing account and credit can be built up across the season which must be redeemed against the renewal of your season card for the 2023/24 season.
The club, whose ticketing partner is Ticketmaster, said: “Not only will this increase the number of tickets available to members, but it will also ensure that the stadium will be at maximum capacity for each home fixture.”
On Monday, Forest attracted its biggest crowd of the season after returning to the Premier League for the first time since relegation in 1999. Some 32,202 fans watched Forest lose 4-0 to local rivals Leicester City, a result that left them bottom of the league.
Forest attracted 29,281 for their first game back in the top-flight against West Ham, before welcoming 29,296 against Tottenham, 28,720 against Bournemouth and 28,654 for the visit of Fulham.
