Dua Lipa fans had to wait for hours at Sydney Olympic Park on Wednesday night after the ticketing app used for the concert went down.
Fans waited outside Qudos Bank Arena for the venue’s second show during Dua Lipa’s tour of Australia, after reports of the app failing.
Staff resorted to manually checking emails before Dua Lipa fans could enter the venue, causing the British singer’s performance to be delayed by half an hour.
As part of her ‘Future Nostalgia’ tour, Dua Lipa kicked off her Australia leg with a performance at Brisbane Entertainment Centre before heading to Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney for the two nights.
Dua Lipa will continue on to Rod Laver Arena for two nights in Melbourne on Friday and Saturday, before performing at Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Monday. She will round off the Australia leg at RAC Arena in Perth on Wednesday, November 16.
