Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park in the UK town of Ipswich has partnered with n-gage(.io) to development and implement a digital strategy to enhance the visitor experience, and gain valuable insights into audience behaviour. The technology company, based in the North East of England, helped to launch a customisable platform and mobile visitor app to transform the park’s approach to digital visitor engagement.
Viral musical sensations
TikTok, along with marketing and distribution platform SoundOn, has once again partnered with The Great Escape festival in Brighton to bring musical viral sensations to the stage. Rain Radio, Mae Stephens, No Guidnce (pictured) and Enny are all set to perform at Patterns as part of the Great Escape’s showcase of new talent across 35 different venues in May.
Fan experience
Mixhalo, the ultra-low latency networking technology that unlocks high-fidelity, augmented audio for fans at live events, has partnered with NASCAR. The technology enables fans to unlock customisable in-ear audio experiences using their mobile phones and headphones. Within NASCAR, fans will be able to hear drivers’, crew chiefs’, spotters and officials’ feeds during races.
Sunderland AFC taps SKIDATA
English Championship club Sunderland AFC has appointed APT SKIDATA as its new partner for access control at the Stadium of Light. The five-year partnership will see the people access solutions provider upgrade and install the latest access control technology at the stadium. Completion is predicted ahead of the 2023-24 season.
