Some angry music fans have received refunds for Reading and Leeds tickets after several acts pulled out of the festivals.
Bands such as Måneskin (pictured) and Rage Against The Machine, as well as artist Jack Harlow, have cancelled their performances at the events, which led to a number of angry customers wanting their money back.
Ticketmaster originally told these music fans that refunds were not possible, but now some fans have received their money back.
Customers such as Harriet Langsbury told the BBC initially that ticketing platform Ticketmaster would not issue a refund, and no resale or transfer of tickets was possible. But Langsbury has now received her money back for six £120 ($142/€142) tickets.
Other fans on social media have said they also received refunds.
However, this is not the case for everyone, as some are still struggling to claim refunds from Ticketmaster.
Daniel also told the BBC that he contacted Ticketmaster after the schedule change but has not been treated in the same fashion as Langsbury.
Organisers announced that The 1975 would replace Rage Against The Machine, who cancelled their UK and European shows because of an injury to frontman Zack de la Rocha.
Festival bosses further announced that Charli XCX and AJ Tracey would be replacing Måneskin and Jack Harlow on the festival bill.
